Park & Recreation Adopt-A-Spot

The PARD (Park & Recreation Department) Adopt-A-Spot Program is geared towards empowering the community (individuals, organizations, developers) to take 'ownership' of their nearby parks and/or parkways, right-of-ways, and medians by providing an enhanced level of maintenance to their desired area -- in addition to the PARD's base level maintenance.

The Adopt-A-Spot program allows individuals and organizations to adopt public spaces, like parks, medians, and roadways to provide an enhanced level of maintenance to include but not limited to, supplemental litter pick up, installing and maintaining seasonal plantings, installing and maintaining permanent irrigation systems, mowing, butterfly gardens, installing and maintaining memorial benches, etc.
