Opportunities From: City of Fort Worth Volunteer Programs

Every great change starts with someone who cares! That someone could be YOU! Volunteer sports coaches are needed for the upcoming Fall 2026 Tee Ball season!

Season Dates: April 18 - May 9, 2026

Practice: Saturdays, April 18 - May 9, 2026 at Sycamore Park Tee Ball fields @ 9 AM

Games: Saturdays, April 18-May 9, 2026 at Sycamore Park Tee Ball fields @ 10 AM

Practices and games are once a week on Saturdays. The season lasts for four weeks and games are played at the Sycamore Park Tee Ball Fields 6 & 7 (2525 E. Rosedale Fort Worth, TX 76105).

IMPORTANT: Coaches are required to have a completed volunteer profile, must pass a background check (including CFW employees), complete coaches development courses, as well as, a Sex Offender search. Also, coaches are required to be at practices and games.   

Know how to play Flag Football? Then we need YOU!! We are looking for passionate people to join our Volunteer Sports Coach team for the upcoming Spring 2026 Flag Football season!!!

Season Dates: March 28-May 9, 2026

Camp Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Gateway Park Synthetic Fields

Game Dates: Saturdays, April 4-May 9, 2026 at Gateway Park Synthetic Fields

Practices are once a week, and games are on Saturdays, ranging from 9 AM - 2 PM. The season lasts for seven weeks and games are played at Gateway Park Synthetic Fields.

IMPORTANT: Coaches are required to have a completed volunteer profile, must pass a background check (including CFW employees), complete coaches development courses, as well as, a Sex Offender search. Also, coaches are required to be at practices and games.   

We are looking for passionate people to join our Volunteer Sports Coach team and help make a difference in our community in a child's life!! Volunteer coaches are needed for the upcoming Summer 2026 Recreational Volleyball Season!

Season Dates: June 6 - July 25, 2026

Camp: Saturday, June 6, 2026

Games: Saturdays, June 13 - July 25, 2026 (No games on June 20th or July 4th)

Practices are once a week, and games are on Saturdays, ranging from 9 AM - 2 PM. The season lasts for seven weeks and games are played at both Sycamore Youth Athletic Center and Haws Athletic Center.

IMPORTANT: Coaches are required to have a completed volunteer profile, must pass a background check (including CFW employees), complete coaches development courses, as well as, a Sex Offender search. Also, coaches are required to be at practices and games.

If you would like to volunteer for the City of Fort Worth Youth Sports Division, but not coach, please sign up here.

Minor Volunteers will not be subjected to a background check, but, will need parent approval.

Adult Volunteers will need to complete, and clear, a Background Check Form.
