FWACC is heading to the Handley Holiday Craft Fair 2025, and we’re looking for a few helping hands to make this community event merry and bright!
As an Event Assistance Volunteer, you’ll help our team ensure everything runs smoothly as we showcase adoptable dogs and spread holiday cheer. This is a perfect opportunity for volunteers who enjoy being part of the action and helping both pets and people have a great experience.
Volunteer Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup and tear-down at the FWACC table

Support fosters and volunteers who bring dogs by swapping in for short breaks

Help walk or monitor dogs as needed

Engage with event attendees, answer general questions, and share information about FWACC and our programs

Keep the area tidy and ensure dogs and visitors stay safe and comfortable
This event will be outdoors, so bundle up and bring your holiday spirit! You’ll be part of a small, hands-on crew working alongside staff to make sure our shelter and foster dogs shine during this festive day.
