General Volunteer (Saturday early afternoon)

Description

The Fort Worth Public Library is dedicated to serving our communities in many different ways. Library Volunteers assist staff with a variety of tasks that help keep our library running smoothly and create a welcoming space for all.  

Fort Worth Public Library’s volunteers support staff with daily tasks such as-

·       Sorting

·       Processing

·       Helping shelve materials

·       Cleaning materials

·       Assisting with displays

·       Preparing program supplies

·       Assisting with classes

·       Addressing customer inquiries about computers
