Victory Forest Community Center in collaboration with Hemphill Mutual Aid will commemorate it's very first Dia de los Muertos Celebration. The purpose of this event is to strengthen the community by bringing people together at a safe and fun focused event for all families. We are requesting Volunteers support to help make this event a great success. The event attractions will include educational pieces, Arts and Crafts, Food, Music, Loteria, Face Painting, Ribbon Braiding, a Folklorico Dance Performance, and an Ofrenda to honor the departed.
